At Golazo, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your gear; if your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your sports gear in its original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
